*Puppy must be 16 weeks old prior to departure

*Rabies Vaccination must be given at least 30 days and no longer than 365 days prior to departure

*Micro-chipping (micro-chip brand and type varies upon the requirement of the country of arrival)

*Veterinarian Certified Health Certificate completed no more than 10 days prior to departure (form to be completed both in English and in the language native to the country of arrival)

*USDA Veterinarian Certified Health Certificate completed no more than 24 hours prior to departure (form to be completed both in English and in the language native to the country of arrival)

*Paper work must match valid Picture Identification name and address for release of puppy to person picking the puppy up at the airport

*Phone number where airlines can reach you in case of delay

*We do our best to arrange a direct flight from Minneapolis, MN to the nearest international airport to your location

*Puppy can not be shipped on a Saturday or Sunday

*Puppy must travel in an airline approved shipping crate with bowls for food and water.

*Airline cost, fees and taxes vary depending on the individual country - must be paid prior to departure

*Fee for micro-chipping - $125.00(covers most accepted micro-chip types and brands)-must be paid prior to departure

*Fee for Veterinarian Certified Health Certificate - $75.00 - must be paid prior to departure

*Fee for USDA Veterinarian Certified Health Certificate - $40.00-must be paid prior to departure

*Cost of airline approved shipping crate with large travel bowls for food and water - $95.00 (16 to 20 week old puppy) - Larger/older puppy or dog - crate cost increases proportionally-must be paid prior to departure
