*Puppy must be 8 weeks old prior to departure

*Veterinarian Certified Health Certificate completed no more than 10 days prior to departure

*Paper work must match valid Picture Identification name and address for release of puppy to person picking the puppy up at the airport

*Phone number where airlines can reach you is case of delay

*We do our best to arrange a direct flight from Minneapolis, MN to the nearest international airport to your location

*Puppy can not be shipped on a Saturday or Sunday

*Puppy must travel in an airline approved shipping crate with bowls for food and water.

*Airline cost, fees and taxes vary depending on the location - generally paid when you pick up your puppy at the airlines.

(please note: not all airlines accept COD, in these instances cost must be paid prior to departure)

*Fee for Veterinarian Certified Health Certificate - $40.00 - must be paid prior to departure

*Cost of airline approved shipping crate with large travel bowls for food and water - $70.00 (8 to 12 week old puppy) - Larger/older puppy or dog - crate cost increases proportionally

*Handling Fee of $30.00

*Optional Insurance Coverage - provided thru the airlines

*Optional - micro-chipping - $125.00
